PERSONALITY TYPE CONSULTATION

Discover Your Authentic Self with a Personality Type Consultation

Feel seen. Be heard. Unlock your full potential.

Do you ever wonder what drives your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours?

A Personality Type Consultation is your opportunity to uncover the
cognitive processes that shape who you are. Grounded in Carl Jung’s
cognitive functions and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), this
consultation is not just about identifying your type—it’s about embracing
the authentic you and taking meaningful steps towards personal growth.

The Science Behind Personality Types

Carl Jung, a pioneering Swiss psychiatrist, identified distinct ways that people perceive and interact with the world—through specific mental
processes called cognitive functions.

These functions describe how we gather information and how we make decisions. Jung observed that each person tends to rely more heavily on certain functions, shaping a unique lens through which they experience life.

There are eight cognitive functions in total, divided into two categories:

Perceiving functions, which determine how we take in information:

 • Sensing (focused on concrete, present details)
 • Intuition (focused on patterns, meanings, and future possibilities)

Judging functions, which influence how we make decisions:

 • Thinking (based on logic and objectivity)
 • Feeling (based on personal values and emotional resonance)

Each of these functions can operate in an introverted or extraverted attitude, depending on whether the energy is directed inward or outward. They also interact with each other in particular ways depending on your personality.

Building on Jung’s theories, the MBTI organises these functions into 16 personality types, each representing a unique blend of how individuals think, feel, and behave.

Understanding your personal function stack and bestfit personality type provides profound insights into your inner workings, helping you better understand yourself and appreciate your natural strengths.

The Process

Session 1: Initial Exploration (90-120 minutes)

An informal and relaxed conversation.
I ask spontaneous questions, guided by your natural flow of
sharing, as we delve into your thoughts, experiences, and
perspectives. This session is recorded for later in-depth
analysis, allowing me to identify patterns and narrow the
possibilities of your personality type.

Session 2 : Refinement (60-90 minutes)

After rewatching and thoroughly analysing the first session,
I prepare a targeted list of questions for our second
conversation. This session is more structured and helps me
clarify and confirm details about your personality and
cognitive preferences. It also allows me to explore the
narrowed options and ensures I approach your type
identification without bias.

Session 3 : Type Reveal & Development (60-90 minutes)

In our third session, I share my conclusion about your best-fit
personality type and check whether it resonates with your
experience of yourself. You’ll gain:

A deeper understanding of your natural strengths.

Tailored guidance for personal growth.

Curated resources to continue your self-discovery
journey.

My journey into personality typology began many years ago, sparked by a simple online test. I wasn’t expecting much—just a bit of fun. But what I found was a description that felt incredibly accurate, like someone had put words to parts of me I’d never quite understood. That moment stirred something in me and I knew I had to learn more.

I immersed myself in the world of typology, devouring podcasts, books, and especially the work of Dario Nardi, whose research beautifully links neuroscience with the cognitive functions Carl Jung first described. What began as curiosity quickly became a path of personal transformation.

The deeper I went, the more clarity I gained. I began to see that what I’d once judged in myself as flaws were often simply expressions of how I was wired. I learned to meet those parts of me with kindness. This work helped me build self-awareness,
soften self-criticism, and align my life more closely with my authentic nature.

But perhaps the most surprising gift was how this understanding extended to others. With every insight into how different minds work, my compassion grew—my relationships became gentler, richer, and more accepting.

Eventually, I felt called to guide others in their own discovery. I traveled to the U.S. to train in Advanced Personality Profiling with Personality Hacker, a deeply formative experience that equipped me to support others with both depth and care.

Now, I offer this work as an invitation to understand yourself more clearly, to reclaim your natural strengths, and to create a life that feels like home to your soul.

We can do this work together in English, Spanish, or German. You are free to choose the language that feels most natural to you 🙂
